The chicken cordon bleu has been a favorite of our clients because of the unique and fresh preperation we have developed. The plate will accompany a fresh salad, vegetables, and mashed potato. All sides are interchangeable.

Steak dinner or luncheons have been a staple in our repetoire. The steak will come accompanied with a crisp salad, baked potato, broccoli, the possibilities are endless.




The chicken california is a different take on creating a beautiful breaded chicken topped with an avocado slice, tomato and mozzarella cheese. The plate will accompany a fresh salad, vegetables, and mashed potato. All sides are interchangeable.

A traditional spaghetti and meatballs plate is available and demonstrates the range of plates possible. The plate will accompany toasted garlic bread. All sides are interchangeable.
